Oh my, what a soft bread this loaf is! This is the softest bread than I ever had before! And I'm not joking. I think that's because of the perfect proportion of each ingredients, not only because it's freshly baked. And, of course, it's very tasty! I coated inside of the mold with lots of butter, so the crust is flaky like croissant and the crumb is moist and rich taste.

I'm sorry that recipe is written in Japanese only, but I'll be more than happy to translate if somebody would like the English version. So, please let me know.
